This is a transcript of this video.
Welcome back to another very informative video.
This video will show you how you can easily install WordPress using our one-click WordPress installer.
WordPress is the most popular CMS in the world.
With WordPress, you can quickly launch your website no matter what type of it is.
You can have it like your personal portfolio or a fully flexible eCommerce site.
The WordPress page builder makes building a website easy. And you can edit any aspect of your website.
So I am going to install a WordPress site on our demo domain today.
I am going to log in to Rovity’s Client Area.
For that, I need to click on this login link.
You can use your registered email address and password here to log in.
Okay, so I just logged into the Rovity account. I will click on this Services tab.
Then I am going to click on this Active label.
And then, I will scroll down and click on this “Login to DirectAdmin” button.
So this is the DirectAdmin control panel with so many options here to manage your website.
I am going to scroll down until I see this WordPress icon.
Now, click on this WordPress icon, and DirectAdmin will take us to this WordPress overview page.
Here you can see there are so many WordPress versions that you can install.
I will now click on this Install Now button here.
This is the WordPress pre-installation screen.
Here you will need to enter some basic details about your site.
The default values are usually the best in most cases. It would be best not to change them.
If you wish, you can choose the www version of the website.
Otherwise, stick with the non-www version. I prefer the non-www version, and it is modern and easier to use that way.
If you wish to use your WordPress domain in a sub-directory, you can input that folder name here. Or leave it empty.
If you have a specific need to get an older version, you can do that too. Otherwise, stick with the latest WordPress version.
You can change the Site Name and Site Description here. If you need to update that later, you can easily do so after the installation is complete.
This is the Admin Username and Admin Password.
Please make sure that you give a strong password for your WordPress site.
Make sure that you either note it somewhere else or remember it well because we need it for the login.
Now click on the Install button, and let the installation begin.
The installation will take just a couple of seconds, and post-installation, you will see the success message.
What a simple task, isn’t it?
Now, I can visit the WordPress front end and WordPress admin dashboard using the password and username that I entered earlier.
That’s all for today’s video.
I hope you will love having a WordPress installer that can help you install WordPress with one click.

Site Settings for WordPress Installation
Site Name: Write your company name or brand name here.
Site Description: You can add a suitable description of your website here.
Enable Multisite (WPMU): If you need to use this website as a Multisite (WPMU), then tick that checkbox; else, leave it as empty. For a small blog, leave it unchecked.
Admin Account for WordPress Installation
Admin Username: It is a good practice to use a custom admin username for your WordPress. Default and commonly used admin usernames like admin can easily guess by someone. And that will make a threat to your website.
Admin Password: Always use strong passwords or passphrases for all your online accounts.
Admin Email: An admin email address is critical to managing your WordPress website. Please do not use your admin email address for your regular email communication.
You can ignore the rest of the settings or modify them as per your requirements.
Finally, click on the Install button. It won’t take more than a few seconds. As soon as the WordPress installation is completed, you will see a confirmation message.
This message will have all your necessary information to enter your newly installed WordPress website.
As I said, the WordPress platform is highly customizable. Once you finished your WordPress installation, visit your WordPress admin dashboard. You can start customizing your website as per your preferences here.
Once you are ready to launch your WordPress website, don’t forget to activate Cloudflare CDN.
